The above 2007 rates are per week from
Saturday 4 pm
to the next Saturday 10 am.
Your usage of water and electricity will be charged to you.
Deposit: 25% of the cost of the rental,
payable at the time of
the reservation.
The balance due will be payable upon arrival.
Security deposit: 30% of the cost of the rental, by cheque which will not be deposited. The cheque will be returned 8 days after the end of the rental.
Insurance for the rental is mandatory and is payable by the renter (your home insurance may apply for no additional charge - call your insurance company).
Upon request, sheets, towels, etc. can be provided.
